amy k. has informed me that i need to be a more frequent blogger...so here is my attempt. i go home in 10 days! but, i must focus on school in those 10 days. next step: home, work and cleaning my house like a mad woman in preparation for wedding festivities. i'm excited to get home...i love my roommates, but sometimes you just need a break from them and i'm sure they want a break from me, so it all works out, eh? yesterday i went to jake and amy's house in idaho falls to hang out with them and their kids and i got to do my laundry! (amy is very generous with a washing machine.) we all frolicked in the yard for a while and kirsten and cruz drove around in their toy jeep. it made me remember how much i wanted one of those when i was a kid and it reminded me that i don't really like driving that much now...ironic, eh?jake made some yummy cookies and i probably had 1 or 2 too many, but since i am leslie frederickson's daughter, it is encoded on my DNA to eat chocolate chip cookies. ;) i had a lovely time plus a lovely conversation with jake on the way home. :) all in all, a good day.
